[Biopython] Windows 7 installation issue

Hi,

The installer looks for information recorded in the Windows registry  
when you install Python. This may be affected by how Python was  
installed (all users versus just you) and the stricter access controls  
on Windows 7. I don't have Windows Vista or Windows 7, so can't try  
this.

Another option is to install Biopython from source which can be done  
with a free compiler - see our installation doc.
