Hi Ruchira,

Is your code online somewhere? It would certainly be worth looking at
- especially
if we can't sort out the GPL license issue with Kyle's code.

[Some of Kyle's HMMER3 code is fine from a license point of view, for example
the Biopython style application wrapper class]
