[BioPython] Bio.PDB.ResidueDepth

HI,

What sphere radius is used to calculate the surface in Bio.PDB.ResidueDepth? 1.4 ? Can the radius be modified and how ? 

Is it needed just 'msms.exe' or I need 'pdb_to_xyzr.exe' also to install?
