Hello, Does biopython have any functions for structural alignment? I need to align some protein stuctures and measure the RMSD. I know how to do this with programs such as Swiss-PDBViewer but I need to do this on a dozen structures that's why I need to automate it. Thanks for your help. S. Khalouei
