[BioPython] FreeBSD port

Hi,

Just to inform you that the FreeBSD port for Biopython has been upgraded 
from 1.30 to 1.41.

Unfortunately, Johann Visagie hasn't been able to maintain it for a 
while, so now I'll be taking care of it. Thanks to Johann for creating 
and maintaining the port for so long.

If you run into any issues with the new version please let me know.
