[BioPython] Bio.PDB documentation

Hi everybody,

I've added documentation about Bio.PDB (Biopython's structural 
bioinformatics module) to the CVS. It's a 13 page document in FAQ 
format.

The FAQ is available in Latex and Lyx format. Typing 'make' in the Doc 
directory should generate a PDF file (biopdb_faq.pdf).

I'd like to add some info on Bio.SCOP and Bio.FSSP as well...anyone?
