[BioPython] BioSQL fixed plus other work towards a release

Yup, all of the past releases have been tagged. If you go to:

http://cvs.biopython.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/biopython/?cvsroot=biopython

You can see all of the tags in the pull down "Show files using tag"
thingy at the bottom of the page. Generally, they are easy to figure
out -- release 1.23 if tagged as 'biopython-123' so you could get it
from CVS using:

cvs checkout -r biopython-123 biopython

So feel free to check out all the releases into separate directories
and have your very own Biopython history project.
