The Expasy module, or at least it's get_sprot_raw function, ceased to function a few days ago (I imagine for a change of address of the server). I had to change the function's cgi argument from 'http://www.expasy.ch/cgi-bin/get-sprot-raw.pl' to 'http://ca.expasy.org/cgi-bin/get-sprot-raw.pl' to get it back in shape. Regards, Carlo
