[BioPython] Scripts/xbbtools annoyance

Yes.

Biopython is too big a project for anybody to manage.  We all have day 
jobs, so we do what we can to keep the code up to date.  Some bugs do 
slip through, especially on parts of the project that aren't used as 
much.

We welcome any updates, patches, and tests!
