[BioPython] enabling Tkinter on Mac

I will have to install manually, since the package manager gives me an 
error of unknown url when i try to install either the tk binary or 
Tcl/Tk Aqua,

I am thinking i should just remove macpython and install python2.3 from 
source or via Fink..
