[BioPython] biopython installation

Hello,

I have been trying to install biopython by extracting it into a folder on my 
desktop. When I double click on the setup.py icon, however, an ms-dos window 
pops up for an instant and disappears. I tried to run setup.py from python 
2.2 but that didn't work either.
Could someone please tell me what I should do.
