[BioPython] Emboss for Windows

Hi,

I want to tell about Emboss for Windows.

Most Emboss programs works fine under Windows (I tried on Win2000).
Maybe the programs could be linked with BioPython under Windows.
I'm not affiliated in any way with embosswin, just I think is a good 
idea for Windows users.
