Hi everybody,

Andrew Dalke's martel is a great engine for parsing
bio-format files. Thanks to his creative work.
Combination with XML is a great strategy.
And thanks to Jeffrey Chang's instruction (he told me
what it is for).

I use it to parse the wublast files. A little bug is
present when processing the files generated by an old
WuBlast binary (compiled against libc5) and when parse
the blastp files.
I've attached the modified code. "diff" will make
difference apparent.

BioPython great!
