[BioPython] Trees in BioPython?

Hi andreas!

sorry wasent clear...here are the scripts!

eattax.py builds a tree from the dump files and inserts it in our postgres db

query.py is an unfinished script to walk the tree and find subtrees...

i think both will go into bio.py  but for the moment they are unbelivable nasty hack code :) !!!
