[BioPython] Accessing bioperl modules within python

[It's me]

I'm new to this list so excuse me if this has
been discussed before. I've written some brief
documentation on how to access bioperl modules from
within python using pyperl. This may be useful for
folks who are transitioning from perl to python
and have legacy perl code lying around.
