Hi Jeff & Brad,

Ok, great. Thanks for the bugfix.

I put the FreqTable and SubsMat documentation on Biopython WikiWeb under
Projects. Comments/flames are most welcome. Also with regards to the
documentation itself.

Now as to the minor matter of actual code... hope to finish that in a few
days.
