[BioPython] prototype for Seq Gui

   I've posted RunSeqDlg.py and SeqDialog.py to the ftp site =
bio.prl.org/pub/katel/biopython/Bio.  It is a prototype for a Tkinter =
GUI wrapper for Andrew's Seq code.  It is NOT ready but I am looking for =
suggestions, especially from Andrew.

  It uses the grid manager.  To be useful, in the future, it will need =
persistence.
