[Biopython-dev] GA deprecation

Congratulations Adil, and best wishes for moving house too!

We'd like to include the Bio.GA deprecation in the Biopython 1.70
release, but I've got a lot on this week so would not be able to do
the release until this Friday at the earliest - most likely next week.
