[Biopython-dev] Retiring our old RedMine bug tracker

This is going well - thanks to Vincent and Lenna's recent work we
now have just under 40 open issues on Redmine:

They've even created new pull requests for some of these, and
I just merged one overlooked contribution for PDB output.
