[Biopython-dev] RNA secondary structure modules

Hello,

first of all, thanks to y'all for getting Biopython to where it is and
beyond, it was an immense help in our project.

I resurrected and extended a couple of modules for RNA secondary
structure & manipulation from an old Biopython branch 'rna' by
Kristian Rother. I'd like to contribute them. Is there currently an
RNA secondary structure effort in Biopython? If there is, who should I
coordinate with?
