I have committed to my branch/fork a small CEL file, modified from
original. In doing so I discovered CEL file line endings are windows style
"\r\n" which Git warns about. more
info<https://help.github.com/articles/dealing-with-line-endings>.
I committed "as is". Is this going to cause any problems? The file can be
seen here<https://github.com/vincentdavis/biopython/tree/celfile/Tests/Affy>
. "affy_v3_example.CEL"
