For the README file we currently say:

We currently recommend using Python 2.7 from http://www.python.org which
is the final version of Python 2. Early adopters are encouraged to try Biopython
under Python 3.3 as well.

How about this?:

Most of the third party Python libraries Biopython can use are now supported
under Python 3 (e.g. NumPy and ReportLab), but not all (e.g. MySQLdb). Overall
we therefore still recommend using Python 2.7 from http://www.python.org which
is the final version of Python 2.

Peter
