python script for parsing PDB Chem Component

Hi, Peter,

the script is attached. It was a quick hack: I just parsed all the fields of
"_chem_comp.one_letter_code" and "_chem_comp.three_letter_code" in the
component.cif and wrote output to a .txt file. Hope that helps.
