I wish I were going to BOSC, but unfortunately, I will not go. I do
plan on making it to SciPy for on the business of Software Carpentry,
though. Are any Biopythonistas going to either?

Renaming the files turns out to solve this problem. Yet again, I
should have tried the simplest solution first. Thanks go to mhagger on
#cvs2svn on freenode for helping with this.
