Is biopython dead?  I counted 4 patches in bugzilla (before I got bored) that 
have not been applied to cvs, without any response from developers.

In addition, no-one responded to this offer of code:

or the repeated calls to sort out the dev mailing list, eg:

Is anyone still out there?
