Hi,

Today I wrote a message to the NCBI asking about the changes and here is
the answer I got. Funny that they mention the PRIMARY line in the 134th
release notes but not in the current. 
At a first glance, the description looks not very complete, but if I
have time I will incorporate it in the parser and try it for the entries
that failed me.
