[Biopython-dev] ThreeLetterProtein

[Thomas Sicheritz-Ponten]

A question for the ThreeLetterProtein class in Bio/Alphabet/__init__.py:
Is there a mapping between the single letter code and the three letter code somewhere?
(I don't want to duplicate alphabets ...)
