  I migrated Hetro to the __init__ file.  I need to check in the change.
The dangling reference worked on my system because I didn't delete the old
Hetero.

> test_cdd ... Skipping test because of import error: cannot import name
> remove_leading_whitespace
Seems I added this since the last commit
