Hi, I hope this doesn't go to a mailing list because I'm just reporting a typo. In the description of <global> at http://www.biopipe.org/docs/html/XML_README.html, the sentence "This makes path definitions and centralized and users of the XML template should only need to modify things here" has an extra "and" in it, I think.
