[Bioperl-pipeline] trying to install bioperl-pipeline

Hello all,
when doing a perl Makefile.pl on the bioperl-pipeline i checked out i got
this...

External Module XML::SAX::Base, XML Parser,
 is not installed on this computer.
  The XMLImporter in bioperl-pipeline needs it for loading BioPipe XML files

I am not worried about XML::SAX, i can get that one, but I have already
installed XML::Parser , what does this mean??
