Hi All,

I am trying to install bioperl-pipeline in my system
so for that
I am installing bioperl-run. I've downloaded
bioperl-run-1-1-0 and bioperl-pipeline-0-0-1 from
cvs.open-bio.org.
But while running "make test" for bioperl-run-1-1-0 I
ended up with the following error in all tests. I am
putting forword the error with ClastalW.

t/Clustalw..........Can't locate
Bio/Tools/Run/WrapperBase.pm in @INC (@INC contains: t

        Test returned status 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
DIED. FAILED tests 1-9
        Failed 9/9 tests, 0.00% okay

WrapperBase.pm is not present in Bioperl-1.2 (CPAN and
bioperl.org),and has migrated from the bioperl-run to
live and cvs versions of
bioperl-1.2 and beyond. Cut and pastes do not work.
Ending with the following error in all tests. I am
putting forword the error with ClastalW only.

t/Clustalw..........Unterminated <> operator at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Bio/Tools/Run/WrapperBase.pm
line 1.
Compilation failed in require at

DIED. FAILED tests 1-9
        Failed 9/9 tests, 0.00% okay

It doesn't seems to work with this above
configuration, so what should I do to run with this
configuration.

regards
Soumyadeep
