[Bioperl-l] Computer requirements to do bioinformatic analysis

Hy all,

my department want to buy a new computer to do bioinformatic analysis for
next generation sequencing. Can you suggest me something good with some
paramount requirements ?? (CPU; RAM....etc.etc.).
