Oh well heck, in that case we may as well ditch it.

If there's some way we could easily keep an inactive, archived version with the SVN to github commit # mapping, that would be a nice safety measure, but if it's too much trouble we needn't bother.



[ github or dev as primary ]

Great, okay, sounds like there won't be any problem there.


[ single repo? ]

> We can always start with a single repo and a read-only mirror.  If we follow the Moose policy, one could fork from either the public Moose git or github and make changes, then post them back to the main github repo for review by the devs. 

Sounds like a plan.
