[Bioperl-l] BlastPlus and Bio::Graphics

Janine,

the first line tells you that you're producing a PNG image. everything is 
alright. you just need to write the output in a file. try something 
like

./your-bioperl-script > image.png

then open image.png with your favourite image viewer.
