[Bioperl-l] Blastxml parser not parsing multiple hits

Hello

I have been using the blastxml parser and based on what I see as output,
the parser does not move the result object correctly when there are
muliple sequence results in one file.

All hits and their hsps always appear with the same query name which
should not be the case. Is this a bug?
