[Bioperl-l] install Perl

It looks like you're running this as a user who doesn't have enough  
permissions to install the perl modules into the necessary system  
directories.  All the tests are OK, you just can't copy the files at  
the end.

Try running it as root (either directly or via sudo) and it should  
work OK.
