[Bioperl-l] SVG output with Bio::Graphics::Panel fails

Hi Chris -

I don't believe that GD or gd for that matter can generate SVG but I 
could be wrong.

SVG output can be generated from GD using either GD::SVG or SVG::GD, two 
modules that accomplish the same task through a similar strategy.
