[Bioperl-l] Misspellings in Bundle::BioPerl

Sorry, I should know better about giving all the details.

This was using the Bundle::BioPerl on CPAN, installing for Perl 5.8.8 (a 
fresh compile) with Mac OS X 10.4.8.
