[Bioperl-l] Random access to subsequences using OBDA or bio::db::flat

I have a pretty straightforward question. Is it possible to use
bio::db::flat indexed file access to get subsequences quickly (like
chr1:100000-100100) like bio::index::fasta, or do I need to use
bio::index::fasta for that kind of access? I didn't see any specific
mention of it in the docs, so I doubt it is possible, but just wanted to
make sure.

Thanks,
Sean
