[Bioperl-l] Correlation coefficient?

there are a lot of other perl modules besides bioperl, have a look  
around at cpan. (www.cpan.org or search.cpan.org)

see Statistics::Basic I think.

I also use R for my stats work so you can shell out and run a quick R  
program too.
