[Bioperl-l] doc.bioperl

This has been reported as a bug:

http://bugzilla.open-bio.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1926

Jason mentions in the bug report that the POD may contain something that
messes with the way PDOC deals with code so should be rewritten.
