[Bioperl-l] RC3 candidates

Yes - let me know what you want me to do. It's stable and passes all 
tests against the bioperl main trunk, at least last time I checked. The 
only parts not supported yet are feature graphs and round-tripping 
fuzzy locations (they become simple locs).
