Ok.  I'm not sure about how you want this formated but here is my fix:

Bio/Assembly/IO/ace.pm line 384
Old:
           my ($phdfilename,$chromatfilename);
New:
           my ($phdfilename,$chromatfilename) = qw(unset unset);
