[Bioperl-l] Program

Hello,
           I am Manish Kumar n I m M.Sc
(Bioinfomatics) student n i need the perl program for
BLAST. I mean what is the program for BLAST that it
gives this type of results.


For example:-
Score = 40.1 bits (20),  Expect = 0.16
Identities = 23/24 (95%), Gaps = 0/24 (0%)
Strand=Plus/Minus

Query  1     ATGTGTACGTGCGTGGTTACGTGC  24
             ||||||||||| ||||||||||||
Sbjct  8466  ATGTGTACGTGTGTGGTTACGTGC  8443

The above is an example of the BLAST output. Now i
need the program for this output.
