[Bioperl-l] FASTA.pm issue

Dumit,

Your code works under perl v5.8.4. I do not get any errors or warnings.
There has to be some change between perl releases. What is the version of
your AnyDBM_File? Mine is

perl -MAnyDBM_File -le 'print AnyDBM_File->VERSION;'
1.00
