[Bioperl-l] Annotation:_typemap remembers removed types

I need to think whether this may have unwanted side effects but it does 
look like a good idea. Just to be sure it doesn't get lost, can you 
post this as a bug report with patch to bugzilla 
(bugzilla.bioperl.org)?
