Does anyone run the Bioperl test suite regularly to see what tests fail? I've just fixed a bug in WebDBSeqI.pm which looks to me like it could never have worked. The reason I found the bug is that it triggered a test failed in the tests for Bio::DB::BioFetch, which led to the original question - are these tests only run around 'release' time? Peter
