[Bioperl-l] RemoteBlast with same e-val (10 vs 1e-10) works

Affan,

I ran your code with the expected value set to 10, as it is by default 
on the NCBI Blast form, and got exactly the same results as when I 
blasted your sequence on the NCBI server.
