[Bioperl-l] how to blast

Aditi,

After creation of your remoteblast factory object, you can limit by
species like:

$Bio::Tools::Run::RemoteBlast::HEADER{'ENTREZ_QUERY'} = 'Homo sapiens
[ORGN]';
