Nathan,

Are these the same values found in the MAP line in Locuslink's LL_tmpl? If
so then SeqIO/Locuslink.pm will extract this for you.

Entrez has a database that is called gene.  You input an accession
number and it gives you the chromosome location and chromosome number.
Is there anyway someone can use bioperl to submit a long list of
accession numbers and then save the output of each as say a normal text
file?
